I LOVE the internet
I do, I really do. I know I lose a lot of hours of my life being here on the net, and I blame youtube ;), but I have gotten to know so many great people and music because of it.
Yesterday I received a friend request from this band on YouTube and I started listening and actually really liked what they are doing. So I looked them up on MySpace and added them... The only bad thing about it is, their cd is not for sale here and also... they don't play outside of the US... yet....
But go check them out, they're worth it.

Black Eyed Peas
Was just browsing through all the old, well ancient would be a better word -LOL-, blogs and noticed that I was really promoting BEP back in the days. And to be fairly honest, I was a fan from their first cd, but I also have to admit that I no longer am that fond of them these days.
Their music is not up to par, their whole attitude seemed to have changed. They were just nice guys that were in for it for the music, but everything seems to revolve around money these days. They're music just sounds like cheap empty melodies just created to become big hits. While the BEP were known for their sincerity in their texts and music... I don't know, it all has gone down for me after Elephunk.
I hope that they stop being so popular and start doing what their best at again.....
Oh, and also, really want to know why Taboo is scared of me... Anyone got a clue?

More ticket hoopla
Jason just announced through his Myspace that they've got so many messages of people who couldn't get a ticket and that the gig was sold out within minutes that they decided to move the concert to the main hall in Paradiso...
That's kind of a dissappointment, not being able to see him in that small room... And also the others... Well they do have tickets now...
At least I got an invite to a house concert and they haven't... So it's all still good..
Wonder how many shrieking baby girls will be at the gig now they all can get tickets... might make it a less enjoyable experience... :S
